Look fine, packaging is wasteful.
Received just now, I have some of my old ones left so will try to remember to update in a week or so when I change to these ones if I notice any changes.As you can see I have been using Vitabiotics women's vitamins (purple) and magnesium (white) tablets and these are a little bigger that the magnesium, but about the same as the multivitamin so I'm not too worried about the size, they do seem chalkier than the previous though so we shall see.However I'm really disappointed in the packaging. For such a big tub, it's not even halfway full (the tablets fill to about where my thumb nail is in my picture) so they could have made the tub literally half the size and used half as much plastic, plus it would have sat on my shelf a little neater.Update - have been taking these for a few months and no noticeable difference from the old ones, although I can take them whole I do sometimes break them in half to make it easier as they are quite large.Tip - put the tablet on a flat surface with the line facing down, press your thumbs on each end and it will easily snap in two.

    I found these to be effective. I do combine with a magnesium spray at bedtime though. But these alone do seem to have stopped my tired legs. I do however find them difficult to swallow. For one they are quite large but even broken in half the texture seems to stick and they take a while to swallow them. I take a few different tablets and this is the only tablet I have had an issue swallowing. My husband has the same issue with this so I know it’s not just me. Possibly the won’t buy again because of this if I can find an alternative with similar reviews.
