These Zipvit tablets do spice up mornings and afternoons with their bit of extra zip.They give me enough energy for walks round the block, tidying the house and making a brew.The tablets themselves are a tad chalky, and leave a funny taste sometimes. But they do seem to improve my mood and get me motivated, so I keep taking 'em with a biscuit and a nice cuppa.All in all, I'd recommend these multivits to anyone feeling a bit droopy, but warn em to take with plenty of liquid.The tablets help boost me enough to watch telly and chat with the girls down the street, which is all the lift I need most days.

    Being allergic to dairy products I was looking for a multivitamin that was guaranteed to have calcium but no dairy, and these certainly fit the bill.

    They are quite large, but unless you have a medical problem with swallowing, this shouldn't matter. We probably swallow bigger chunks of food when eating a meal.

    They are a dark red colour, which for me is good, because I have white tiles on the kitchen floor, so any dropped tablets are easy to see.

    I changed from a previous brand, because they started to discolour and have dark spots on them if left out of the packaging for any length of time, despite still being kept in a sealed container. Very strange, anyway these tablets don't do this and are so far seem very stable.

    Who can actually tell if vitamins are doing a good job, if I don't get rickets or scurvy I'll credit them as being up to the job. They seem to be doing me good and certainly haven't caused any problems, so all's well.
