  • 6MM THICK CLOSED-CELL TPE FOAM: The mat measures 6mm thick and is made from a single layer of TPE foam which is non-toxic, free from harmful chemicals, and uses up less energy during manufacturing than PVC and other foam materials. Because TPE is a closed-cell foam, it combines a firm, stable surface with excellent cushioning and protection.
  • NON-SLIP SURFACE ON TOP & BOTTOM: Both sides of the mat have a textured non-slip pattern. The dotted pattern on top provides optimum grip to your hands and feet, so you don’t have any slip ups during exercise and yoga practise. Is bigger than my other Core Balance mat, which is what I wanted. I tend to use it for pilates and low impact HIIT sessions, rather than yoga, but is non-slip enough for me. Bit of a mission to roll it up each time but it fits snugly under our double bed when not in use. The first one I was sent was unable to be delivered for some reason but contacted the seller who sent another one on express delivery. So I would definitely recommend the product and the seller 🙂

    For stretching its brilliant, and im so glad its 116cm wide, because it really is worth the extra money. Dunno how it would last if you took it to classes all the time, it might fall to bits cus its foam, but a bit rubbery. It feels quite thick though, and for home use its perfect, and i can do sit ups without my back hurting. And 116cm is plenty of width to do any movements. It looks just like the people on the youtube videos, when they show you how to stretch, put it that way. Easy enough to roll up, and its one of those things that you dont mind getting out, because its good to use.
