    I bought this in advance as a gift for my partner. Unfortunately when I opened the parcel it was broken.It was outside of the refund period as I had again purchased in advanced. The seller reached out to me to offer me a partial refund for my issues and a replacement screen for the walking pad.This was great as it helped with the issue and due to it being out side of the return window I was extremely grateful.The walking pad is very much still functional. It’s a lot lighter than I thought it would be but it’s also quieter than I thought it would be too. It’s easy to use, just hop on and hit go. Goes a lot faster than I thought it would and overall even with the damage it is usable and we are very happy with this.

      Came well packaged and free from damage. Very simple to set up - just plug in and go. Comes with a handy remote that allows you to control the speed, stop & start.

      The walking pad is fairly compact and currently stands in our upstairs hallway between daily use. It’s about as noisy as you expect a treadmill to be, that’s mostly unavoidable and I wouldn’t downgrade based off of that. If you had it on a good treadmill mat it may suppress sound slightly - if you’re bothered. I mean if you live in a flat above someone else, i’d probably avoid buying.

      The speed goes up to 6Km/h and there are no incline settings (just to be clear). 6km/h is the perfect speed for the length of the treadmill, any faster you’d need a longer track to avoid falling.

      My one downside to the walking pad that I and my wife have personally found is that you really need to pay attention to where your feet are going because its fairly narrow and relatively easy to hit the side trim or even fall off.

      Overall the functionality of the walking pad is good and to a decent standard. It does what it says and it does it well. It works, is easy to set up and store, has a rolling display that shows relevant information such as distance, speed, calories and the remote control makes for ease of use during a workout. The negative is the somewhat narrow track but that is to be expected for a walking pad (and it does get easier to stay on the more you use it!)

      I would recommend this product to anyone looking to increase their steps and take their health & fitness a little more seriously.

      I’m an avid gym-goer and I still use this, despite it being for my busy wife to get steps in. I use it on my “rest” days to keep up with my cardio.

      This is a great very compact machine and slides under my bed perfectly.My other was was a lot more bulky that this one and I had to constantly keep folding down the bar to pack away whereas this one has no bar and it makes life so much easier.my old one a noticed hurt my back slightly after running for sometime but I think where this one is slightly raised it makes a difference to my posture.The machine is slightly smaller than my other one but the power is just as good with various setting for speeds etc. The noise isn't too noise for the machine and I think it's actually quieter than my old one.Overall for the money paid this is a great little compact machine and I'm very happy with it

      Needed this as wet weather puts a stop to walking around neighbourhood for exercise, this is the perfect answer, works great, gives calories burned, distance walked, time walked and speed. one word of warning for first time users, turn off before stepping off, it's slows to a stop gradually, if you just step off you'll go stumbling backwards, thankfully I landed on bed.
