Works Well, Don't Love The Flavour
I wasn't even aware you can get caffeine-free pre-workout before getting this.This isn't just good *even though* it doesn't have caffeine - I found it worked well full stop. My only complaint is that the flavour is a bit artificial for me (although maybe it also has a psychological effect, as I can still taste it while working out), but I'm really happy to have found a pre-workout I can use without upping my caffeine intake.

    To start with the flavour is really nice! Very strong tasting which I prefer and actually just a really nice drink when you mix with water. The caffeine free element is great too if you need that extra push but don't want to over do the caffeine intake for the day. My only cons from this is that it's definitely not a strong as some others on the market and the 'fire ants' you get felt a bit more intense with not that much more intense energy? I'd definitely recommend only doing 1 scoop per servings if you're new.

    This gave me a bit of a boost whilst working out but I am not sure if it was the Platinum PUMP Pre-Workout working or if it was psychological. Either way, I had a boost and worked out for quite a bit longer and didn't have aches or pains after.

    In terms of taste, the Lemon and Lime has a nice taste but there is a bit of a slight chemical aftertaste, however its goes after a few seconds.

    I used this twice and unfortunately experienced an allergic reaction both times, where within 5 minutes of taking this my body became very itchy, almost like I had been stung by stinging nettles over my entire body. Thankfully this wore off after 50 minutes, but there must be something in this which my body reacts to, so sadly I have to drop a star for this - hopefully you wont experience this and will feel its a 5 star product.

    If your looking to increase your workouts and restore electrolytes, then this is a good mix to get. It certainly has a nice lemon lime flavor, the flavor when mixed with 1-2 scoops is very palatable and easy to swallow for a pre-workout drink. The pack contains around 20 servings, so should keep you going for a while. I tend to pick neutral flavors like blueberry and lemon etc, which work well for me, so lemon and lime was a good choice too.

    L-Citrulline helps support energy levels during workouts and to help reduce fatigue. I love the flavor and it mixes very well too. I tend to use this as pre workout drink with cold water during weight training. But can be used for any gym activity generally. you should use it about 30 minutes before your workout. You can stretch the servings a bit by only using one scoop if you want to make it go further, but no more than one serving a day. (2 scoops suggested maximum).

    Pros: Great taste, mixes well, 20 servings average, caffeine free a big bonus.
    Cons: Not many servings based on suggestion.

    The taste is not bad for this product, though it tastes a bit artificial. You have to take it roughly 30 mins before starting your workout, and I feel that it does work. I used to use the product with caffeine in it, but I prefer this one without.

    Ho scelto di provare questo preworkout della Optimum Nutrition ON Platinum per utilizzarlo per gli allenamenti più intensi, devo dire che sento una buona spinta, molte forte rispetto ad altri, mi dà la sensazione che l'effetto duri di più.
    Lo uso principalmente per la palestra e ricevo enormi pompaggi, i miei muscoli si sentono più pieni e ho una maggiore forza e frequenza di allenamento con l'ulteriore bonus di recupero.
    Il gusto è molto piacevole ho scelto di provare quello al sapore di Lemon line, è un prodotto di gran lunga superiore rispetto ad altri preworkout provati.
    Il prodotto arriva ben confezionato con plastica anti svuotamento, all’interno c’è il misurino, ogni dose della formula Platinum Pump fornisce 3,2 g di beta-alanina, 2 g di L-arginina e 8 g di L-citrullina.
    Arricchito con Fruitflow e Cocomineral, questo pre-workout garantisce prestazioni ottimali in ogni occasione.
    Senza caffeina, è perfetto da consumare prima delle sedute nel tardo pomeriggio per evitare effetti collaterali.
    Con 20 porzioni in ogni contenitore da 380 g, ne ho abbastanza per diverse settimane di allenamento.
    L'azienda consiglia, è sufficiente mescolare 2 misurini rasi in 400 ml di acqua fredda 30 minuti prima dell'allenamento sportivo, basta una bella shakerata per scioglierlo completamente.
    Nel corso delle settimane ho avuto un graduale aumento dell'energia complessiva in termini di forza e resistenza.
    La compatibilità del booster mi è piaciuta, senza spiacevoli effetti collaterali o problemi di stomaco, la digeribilità direi tutto regolare, non ho notato effetti collaterali.
    Io lo uso per correre ed è ottimo prima dell'allenamento.
    Questo prodotto è di comprovata qualità ne vale la pena.
    In conclusione: posso dire che è uno dei migliori integratori che abbia mai provato, mi dà abbastanza energia, in definitiva lo consiglio quindi per chi cerca un buon pump per l'allenamento o per un buon focus.

    Ho scelto di testare questo integratore proprio per l'assenza di caffeina che non amo assumere nelle ore serali in quanto compromette la qualità del mio sonno.

    L'integratore funziona, svolge bene la sua funzione energizzante e migliora anche la concentrazione nonostante l'assenza della caffeina che di norma è uno degli elementi più utilizzati insieme alla Taurina per il suo effetto "eccitante".

    Il gusto è buono, se sciolta in acqua fresca risulta essere molto più gradevole e rinfrescante grazie al gusto Lime.

    Prezzo eccessivo di 40 euro per soli 380 grammi di prodotto (si va oltre i 100 euro al Kg).

    Conozco de otros productos la marca Optimum Nutrition. Y cuando pude adquirir este pre-entrenamiento, no me lo pensé, pues es una marca que da buenos resultados y sus productos son de calidad. En este caso, lo primero que voy a resaltar es el sabor a limón. Bastante refrescante y fácil de tomar, si bien también muy empalagoso y con un sabor fuerte. En mi caso, lo tengo que diluir con una cantidad de agua más grande de la indicada, si no se me hace demasiado intenso. Me gusta más el sabor frambuesa azul.

    Uno de los temas a tener en cuenta es que son 20 porciones, lo cual a un precio de 40€ hace que cada porción sea quizás un poco cara. Pero estos productos de calidad contrastada valen la pena. Entrando un poco en detalle, el pre-entreno no contiene cafeína, perfecto para entrenar por la tarde como es mi caso. Y en su lugar viene con beta-alanina, arginina y citrulina, que ayudan a mejorar el entrenamiento y la capacidad de trabajo sin los efectos secundarios asociados a la falta de sueño.

    En este caso, como contraindicación, me gustaría resaltar que a mí me hace que me piquen las orejas. Puestos a hablar del rendimiento, me parece que tiene un buen resultado como cualquier pre-entreno con arginina y beta-alanina. Mezclarlo es fácil con un shaker grande de agua y te ayuda también a mantenerte hidratado antes del entrenamiento. Yo lo suelo tomar de 15 a 20 minutos antes, de esta manera cuando estoy empezando el entrenamiento noto cómo llega ese punch de energía.

    Todas mis opiniones se guían por la siguiente estructura de estrellas:
